A SUN investigation has uncovered a raft of migrant removal centre perks including maths tutors and dedicated on-call GPs.
More than 400,000 migrants have claimed asylum in the past four years – 106,000 of which are currently enjoying taxpayer-funded support.
It comes as the Home Secretary announces the biggest shake-up of Britain’s asylum system in decades – with a hard-hitting package aimed at cutting arrivals and speeding up removals.
But some Labour backbenchers have been left furious at Shabana Mahmood’s migrant crackdown.
Around 15 backbenchers have publicly griped that the Home Secretary’s Denmark-style reforms to illegal migration are “cruel” and “shameful”.
