Sarah Ferguson is one the most famous and recognisable British royals.
Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew’s wedding took place in 1986.
However, the couple divorced 10 years later in 1996 after separating years before.
Despite the controversy this caused, Fergie has always been a hit with the public.
And despite divorcing the Prince 33 years ago, this popularity is maintained to this day.
Just two days ago a worker for British Airways paid the Duchess many compliments as she posted a picture of herself with the royal.
The woman, named Diane Corrin, wrote: “Working with British Airways; I’ve had the pleasure of working with people in different countries and learning more about other cultures.
“I’ve met so many nice people and not so nice people however the good outweigh the bad. I’ve met my share of well known people but no one has impacted me as much as @sarahferguson15 Sarah Duchess of York.”
The gushing woman added: “I could try to list her accomplishments but my sad list wouldn’t do the Duchess any justice.
“What I can tell you is how kind and courteous she is. She remembers me on her visits – that I’m a single Mom to my daughter, @briannacorrin and that I have epilepsy.
“She never turns a picture away from anyone asking and genuinely cares about people she comes in contact with.
“Duchess inspires me to be kind to everyone even though I’m no where near her stature. I’ve always enjoyed escorting her while in Las Vegas and talking with Antonia.”
Another woman, an flight attendant for another airline, posed with the Duchess and wrote: “Me and The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, on my flight to Malaga last night. She is as nice and delightful and REAL, as you imagine.”
Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew remarriage rumours have been heating up this year after they attended a number of events together.
Following their weekend visit to Bahrain in April, ITV’s royal editor Chris Ship said their relationship was back on.
Taking to Twitter, he revealed in a statement: “Royal relationship back on. Prince Andrew and Fergie back together more than 20 years after they divorced.”
After being questioned on the news, he continued to say: “Officially, they are good friends. That’s what the Duchess’ spokesperson said. Unofficially? They are back on.”
The Duke and Duchess are yet to confirm the news, but they’ve done little to dispel the rumours.
