What will the weather be like this weekend?
According to the Met Office, Saturday will be windy with sunny spells and scattered showers for many areas, with further rain for northwest Scotland.
However, it will be a dry and sunny end to the day in the south.
In its outlook for Sunday to Monday, the forecaster said the weather will be “breezy with patchy rain in the north”, but sunny spells elsewhere on Sunday.
Bank holiday Monday will be “warm and sunny” but with cloud and rain spreading to the northwest later.
