Anguissa, 23, joined Fulham for £22.3million last summer but struggled in the Premier League and is set to leave following relegation. It is thought the deal is a loan with a view to a permanent transfer.
Fulham had high hopes for Anguissa when they signed him from Marseille as part of their ambitious £100m spending spree.
He started to impress when Scott Parker took over towards the end of the season but Fulham will not keep him in the Championship.
Anguissa has yet to report back after being given an extended break after playing for Cameroon at the Africa Cup of Nations.
