Do the clocks change in Europe?

Daylight Saving Time, as the event of a clocks change is often called, also happens in most European nations.

All nations on continental Europe apart from Iceland, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Turkey, and Russia change the clocks twice a year.

As in the UK, the EU, EFTA and associated countries turn the clocks back one hour on the last Sunday of October and forward the last Sunday in March.
