Prediction: Atalanta 1-3 Man City – the Italians have been spirited in their first season in the Champions League, but even a rotated City side should win comfortably.

30 mins: Fine block to deny Sterling!
It’s too good at times, it really is.
Bernardo down the right cuts it back to Sterling who looks certain to make it 2-0, but it’s a fine block from Hateboer to limit the damage.
Five goals in the Champions League… 14 in his last 16 games.
Is there a player in better form player than Sterling right now?
21 mins: Jesus tries an ‘elastico’ to get past the defender but it’s out for a goal kick.
Sometimes, you just wish he’d keep it simple!
15 mins: That goal has certainly quietened down the Atalanta fans, who are still looking for their first Champions League win to celebrate.
City controlling possession here and looking quite comfortable.
GOAL! | Atalanta 0-1 Man City | Raheem Sterling 7′
Brilliant goal. Bernardo finds Jesus, who backheels into the Sterling’s path and he coolly finishes past Gollini into the corner.
4 mins: Early half-chance for the hosts!
Ilicic curls in a cross to the far post and Hateboer ghosts in unmarked, but volleys into the side-netting.
We’re underway in Milan!
The teams are out on the pitch at the San Siro and it’s nearly time to get going.
Remember, City will qualify with a win tonight.
Here’s how Group C looks going into this clash…
Atalanta are a fun team to watch, mainly because the Bergamo-based outfit don’t seem to focus too much on defending.
They have, however, only won once in their last five games in all competitions – a 7-1 thumping of Udinese – and have lost all three games in the UCL.
Will they break their duck against City tonight?
The Man City squad go for a run to warm up at the San Siro.
Atalanta shocked the Etihad when their free-flowing football and positive playing style helped them to take the lead.
Ruslan Malinovskiy scored from the spot after a foul from Fernandinho on Josip Ilicic. But back came City, inspired by a marvellous hat-trick from Raheem Sterling.
Sergio Aguero also scored twice but the Argentine is on the bench this evening, with the 30-year-old almost certainly being saved for the crunch clash with Liverpool at the weekend.
Manchester City’s away record in the Champions League group stage recently is rather impressive…
